Our fast-growing organizing business is looking to hire an enthusiastic, energetic assistant to support client engagements. We work in a fun, fast-paced environment while delivering results that exceed client expectations.

  • Responsibilities include but not limited to:
    • Support lead professional organizer on various activities needed to implement residential organizing and move management design plans

    Tasks Include:
    • sorting items
    • “containerizing” items
    • folding & hanging clothing
    • unpacking boxes
    • breaking down boxes and removing debris that team brought to jobsite
    • creating labels
    • taking photos & videos, creating project albums
    • picking up product orders as required
  • Computer Skills
    • Ability to take photos and videos on job sites, create albums and share with lead organizer
    • Proficient with computer and smart phone including Google Docs – create and share forms, sharing calendars
  • Physical skills/abilities
    • Ability to lift 20-35 lbs. on regular basis
    • Ability to stand on feet, lift and bend for long periods of time.

    • Fast Learner and desire to learn the organizing profession
    • Strong interpersonal skills
    • Compassionate, discreet, non-judgmental, professional, and courteous
    • Ability to work alone and with other team members
    • Willing to work in all areas of people’s homes and offices including garages, attics, storage units, closets, and kitchens. Some jobs require gloves or shoe covers. Must be able to tolerate different household elements including pet odors and dust.
    • Ability to work alone and with other team members
    • Creative thinker. Suggest solutions that contribute to clients’ success.
    • Good time management skills.
    • Able to work in all Jax metro areas including Duval and St Johns Counties and limited areas in Clay and Nassau Counties
    • Hourly rate with opportunity to become part time W2 employee. Compensation is $15-$25/hr depending on experience.
    • Hours vary ranging from 8-40 hours per week
    • Be available anytime from 8:30 am – 6 pm Mon-Fri; some weekends. Average workday is 5-8 hours.

    • Ability to listen and be even-keeled regardless of client circumstances
    • Reliable.
    • Be prepared with own tool kit including measuring tape, notebook, pens & sharpies, scissors, box cutter and 3-step ladder.
    • Provide own transportation.
  • Education
    • Bachelors preferred
  • Experience
    • Organizing experience preferred. If no previous experience, please state how your background would apply
